About Paula Ihaka

This year I am celebrating twelve years in the Real Estate industry, where I have steadily built a base of loyal and happy clients and an extensive network.

My father was a very successful leather sales representative, and I grew up watching him closing deals and greeting customers. The sales profession goes back in my family for many generations and it’s a very natural talent I have. I enjoy connecting with people from many different walks in life, I can speak Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Prior to selling houses, I worked in the Fashion Merchandising and Retail Sector with over 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing. My work ethics prove that I am committed to work hard to archive the best results for my vendors and provide a memorable, positive experience to all parties navigating through the sales process. For over a decade I have been successfully involved in many real estate transactions in the Franklin and South Auckland area, striving to treat every client with the highest level of integrity and commitment. Along the years, I have built some long- term relationships and helped many buyers and sellers to utilise my effective negotiation skills and keen knowledge of the real estate industry.
