Starting my career in the Real Estate Industry in 2000, with a background in Sales, Accounting, Banking and Business ownership, I initially took on a Property Management Role which quickly led into a Sales role after the first year. Whilst growing a property management portfolio and conducting sales I achieved Top awards at a Regional and National level in both areas selling over $5 Million of Real Estate by 2003, being one of the Top 20 Salespeople on several occasions and in 2010, achieving 2nd Highest business growth in property management nationally. In 2004, I took an opportunity to become a Business Owner and after 18 months of study, I purchased a RE brand franchise. During my study time, I continued to run a Property Management Division including being the National Trainer and conducting sales achieving the elite Captains Club, being part of the Groups highest achievers. I have continued to work in both areas of the industry over the past 8 years since selling my business and have continued to achieve and enjoy successes.
I firmly believe “you have to love it to do it” and “it is about people, not property”. I pride myself in being a “people’s person” and enjoy the challenge of building new relationships and helping people from all walks of life achieve their real estate goals.
I have been married for over 40 years and have five children and two moko’s of whom have ridden the real estate journey with me over the past 24+ years. They have witnessed the highs and lows but know that it is a career I have continued to thrive and still today, get excited with every successful transaction and relationship I create. It has always been my objective to build a trusting, positive and supportive relationship with my clients to ensure transactions run smoothly whereby, they receive the best real estate experience possible and, one they will remember.
